A 1989 metal Chaos Dreadnaught I got on ebay recently. Something I have wanted since I seen them in White Dwarf in the early ninities.

Green armour
Bone, horns and pipes
White for the pipes, Morghast Bone for the skull, Wraithbone for the horns and pipe.
Metal piping
Highlights and exposed muscle

Highlights and silver details
Shading and rubber pipes
Crimson for the exposed muscle, Rageshade on the plasma cowling and Greenshade all over the armour.
Glossy pipes

Bone and horn shading
Sepia over the bone. Skeleton Horde undiluted at the bottom of the horns then diluted down with contrast medium and blended in.
Touch ups
Touch ups and assembly
All done
Base painted with Dryad Bark and then covered in PVA glue. Sand and small stones with a small amount of flock. Rim painted Goblin Green.
